Nasarawa State Police Command has foiled a kidnap attempt and rescued four victims during a tactical operation carried out by operatives of the Andaha Division in Akwanga Local Government Area of the state.
The Command disclosed that the operation was conducted following actionable intelligence, leading to the successful rescue of the victims and the disruption of the suspected kidnappers’ activities.
According to the police Public Relations, efforts are ongoing to apprehend the fleeing suspects and ensure they are brought to justice.
They also reiterated its commitment to tackling kidnapping and other violent crimes across the state while urging residents to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities to security agencies.
