Human rights lawyer and political commentator Deji Adeyanju has defended Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, amid the renewed debate over former Governor Peter Obi’s financial record.
In a post, Adeyanju argued that Soludo’s credentials as a Professor of Economics and former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria lend weight to his claims that Obi left Anambra State in debt, insisting that “the evidence choke.”
His comments come as supporters of Peter Obi, popularly known as Obidients, continue to dispute Soludo’s assertions, fueling fresh exchanges on social media.
