According to a summary of posts circulating on X, the administration has constructed approximately 450 roads without securing new loans, introduced electric buses under the Abia Green Shuttle initiative and installed solar-powered mini grids across the state.
One of the notable projects is a 2-megawatt solar power system installed at the Nnenna Otti Bus Terminal.
Speaking during an October media chat in Umuahia, Governor Otti reportedly explained that his administration chose electric vehicles as a technological upgrade for public transportation rather than compressed natural gas, while continuing to support CNG stations for privately owned vehicles.
The administration’s achievements have attracted positive reactions from residents, particularly in Aba, where many say they are witnessing significant improvements after years of infrastructural neglect.
Some social media users have described Otti as one of Nigeria’s best performing governors, citing visible progress in road infrastructure, transportation and energy development within his first two years in office.
