A social media user, Debbie Iteh has publicly called out Uduak-Obong Emmanuel, demanding the repayment of an alleged N2.4 million loan she claimed has remained outstanding for one year and three months.
In a post shared while congratulating Uduak-Obong Emmanuel on the dedication of her child, the woman said she had been pleading privately for over a year but decided to make her appeal public as a last resort.
According to the post, the money was part of her business capital, which she claimed she released to Uduak-Obong Emmanuel within 24 hours after she personally requested financial assistance.
The woman stated that she was not interested in any explanations involving third parties, insisting that Emmanuel was directly responsible for repaying the money.
She repeatedly appealed for the repayment of the alleged debt, warning that she would begin charging interest after the current month if the money remained unpaid.
The woman also tagged another individual, Enobong Inyang, whom she claimed introduced Emmanuel to her, asking that the post be shared. Anticipating possible legal action, she stated she was prepared to defend herself if accused of defamation.
As of the time of filing this report, Uduak-Obong Emmanuel had not publicly responded to the allegations.
